Rose Tree Media School District formally filed a complaint against Edgmont Township regarding the proposed elementary school on March 16, 2023.
This post contains excerpts from the suit, which lays out Rose Tree Media School District’s arguments. As additional information (such as Edgmont Township’s response) becomes available, this will be shared in subsequent posts.
Keep an eye out this spring for a meeting announcement regarding Edgmont’s new Recreation, Open Space and Trails Plan, which is expected to be presented to Township stakeholders later this month.
Rose Tree Media School District formally presented its application for a new public elementary school to Edgmont Township’s Board of Supervisors on January 19th. The Supervisors are expected to discuss the District’s application and potentially make a decision at their next regularly scheduled meeting on February 14, 2023.
